IHK-GfI, located in the Technology Centre of Dortmund, is the common technology and competence centre for service-oriented business and e-government applications of the 80 Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHKs) in Germany as well as of their national organisation, DIHK, located in Berlin.
Since about 40 years, IHK-GfI is the IHKs’ IT service provider in all aspects of information management. By maintaining a close contact to our customers, we define and implement future-oriented standards meeting the specific demand of the Chambers' challenging sector.
IHK-GfI offers a wide range of solutions for all of the Chambers’ information and data management tasks, among those the ERP product suite EVA (Advanced Business Applications), applications for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
In addition, we develop and operate integrated Web, e-government and e-service solutions for the IHKs together with our 100 percent subsidiary, ComNetMedia AG.
